Yes they'll help w dry skin by removing the excess dry flakes. Be sure to moisturize afterwards to hydrate your skin. The purpose of scrubs is to exfoliate so yes haha I would do that for you :)

Just mix baking soda and water into a paste and scrub. You may have heard of eople use toothpaste on pimples, its because of baking soda. I had peeling skin on my face, and pimples after using baking soda every day my skin looked great.
