She should change her eating habits as well. Lets try not to eat oily fatty food and drink lot of water and then see the difference.

In my late 20's I started to get bad acne on my cheeks and chin. I started to drink much more water (seltzer to exact) and I stopped eating a lot of greasy foods. As far as my skin care routine, I use atringent to clean all dirt and oil on my face. Then I splash hot (really hot) water all over my face to open my pores. I then take my cetephil and neutrogena pore purifying scrub and rub that into my face for 1 minute. Then I take hot water and clean my face. Once the product is off my face, I take cold water to close my pores up. To wipe my face I use a paper towel. I don't use anything that I touched my other body parts with. Plus I know the paper towel is clean it's not reusable. Doing this routine every night has helped keep my skin clear. Yes I have breakouts but it's not like it used to be.

Cutting out as much sugar and dairy as possible has helped me a lot. Some skin problems just can't really be treated topically... the issue is inside.
