In my high school, we are required to take swimming classes.I am worried about my hair, since swimming classes are every other day. what should I do to protect my hair from the chlorine? I don't wanna wear a cap. Advice please.

When I lifeguarded I used the Pre-Swim & Sun Protecting Gel by Reflect Sports. Just look it up online. They also have shampoo and conditioner for after swimming.

Use hydrating and repairing shampoo/conditioner that's sulfate and sodium free like pro naturals argan oil shampoo/conditioner, it will keep your hair healthy and protected.
