Do what you want :D ...but in my opinion, I don't get why people start wearing it for no reason. (Especially sense it can mess up your skin in the future) So, I only wear eyeliner and mascara. You're very pretty BTW!! :)

Its up to you whether you want to use makeup or not. If you do go for makeup, keep it simple. You have soooo much natural beauty. I would play up your eyes a bit with some mascara.

No not from looking at you I wouldn't tell you that you need to wear makeup. But honestly I don't think it's a bad idea to start when young. The more years you wear makeup the more practice you get. You go through all the trials and errors, you look at past pictures of yourself and can make decisions on how to improve your makeup skills. I started wearing makeup very young because I was interested in it. It's a true art! And my skin doesn't look messed up or anything. In fact I go makeupless all the time! But I am glad I started early because I made all those mistakes that made me better today.
