Napoleon Perdis Foam Makeup Remover is freaking amazing it gets everything off! Forever 21 has really nice green tea makeup remover wipes that are very thick and full of remover so they get it all off! 3 dollars for a pack of 60.

I also use for like waterproof or hard to remove foundation (Revlon Colorstay) I take about two to three pumps of MAC Tranquil remover oil, spread it all over my face and then either use my foam cleanser/remover or a makeup wipe :)

Take it off by hard candy. I know thst the products that they make can often be cheap, but I love this makeup remover. the only downside is that I'm pretty sure its oil based. which is sorta a personal dislike.
