I recently just bought a white eye pencil because I heard it supposedly opens up your eyes and makes them look more awake so I wanted to try it, but whenever I use it it just turns out weird looking. Any suggestions on how to apply?

I use a little bit on my bottom water line. In the beginning it looks weird, but after a little bit it makes your eyes look so much more awake.

Sometimes a true white color can look a little off. Maybe try a light nude color, it won't be as shocking looking.
