Why no perfume? That's odd. Bring some makeup to school with you!

Bring those wet wipes to wipe off your sweat and makeup. Bring dry shampoo to quickly swish through your hair, it'll absorb all the grease. If you wear makeup during gym, use setting spray on foundation or a light bb cream. Have touch-up powder or blotting sheets to get rid of oil on your face.

I had that problem all thru high school...best bet is to go to b.room or locker room in private...get your feet wet with water...back of your neck wet..cool water..fan dry like with a pc of paper the back of neck soo its cooling off slowly..that will help after..I wouldnt reccomend touching up your makeuo till at least half way thru 3rd period. so you are cooled down. now for during gym wear a bandana or cloth headband for the sweat to soak up on that and not run down your forehead..no pwrfume..hmm..after gym wet under your arms as well and then reapply deodorant...o and no perfume..what about l3ave in conditioner

Cover girl has a sports make up (sweat resistant), wet wipes for quick touch up and a dry shampoo will help your hair, plus there are loads of pretty things to put your hair up. being athletic is a good thing.

I hid under the bleachers during PE- that was my solution to keep my look in tact. Probably not the best suggestion though. Haha. Definitely try some dry shampoo and oil blotting sheets.

Yoy can also try certaun dri.Its a deodorant but you can apply to your upper forehead and its helps so much!! I have the same problem as you and since I don't have much time to touch up, this controls my sweat.
