So I'm 14 but everyone thinks I'm 17-21, I dint think its a bad thing (maybe I'm wrong) but I just wanted a way to maybe look more youthful. Or just make me look more put together. Help.

Some ppl just look more mature than others its not necessarily a bad thing. You're by no means ugly but if you want to look younger you could try a little bit of blush and a Pinker gloss. colorful clothes helps too.
