Do you mean that you'll only be washing your hair once every four days? Or did you mean something else?

I think it's every other day not 4 days... Also depends on products you use/shampoo.

There's one where you still shower but don't use shampoo. then on the fourth day you either shampoo with a sulfate free all natural shampoo or you can use a cleansing conditioner.

Use dry shampoo it'll help until you wash it again.

I only wash my hair when it gets dirty which can be anywhere from 5 to 7 days in between washing
