Can you make your nails grow?

I am in love with long square nails ( a la Khloe Kardashian) and stilleto nails (long and pointy, think Lana Del Rey) I can't have acrylic nails because I work in the food industry, and I wanted to know if there is any way to make your nails grow faster, almost "instantly" I find that frequently polishing them helps, but not as much as I'd like. Thank you :-)

I've used sally henson maximum growth which I find helps, obvs getting the right vitiamins, drinking milks good for them, just keep them strong

Thanks ladies! I was taking Biotin along with a multivitamin last year I don't know why but I feel like my hair started to fall out more... I still have both full bottles so I'll try it again for a week and see if I notice any different in my hair. I'll for sure start drinking more water, I've also heard garlic helps.

Deff take biotin.! My nails are long n strong n also square. I love them. Just keep them filed down to make them extremely strong before you start. (:

Take Biotin.Also,I take Gelatin everyday and that helps with nail growth and is also good for skin and hair.
