I second the idea for a fairy! Or perhaps a Disney villain: Ursula, the evil queen/ugly hag, Maleficent... Or a famous female: Cleopatra, Marie Antoinette, Marie Curie, Ada Lovelace, Queen Elizabeth, etc. Or a comic book character: Betty/Veronica, Supergirl, Spider-woman, etc. Tons of options out there!
