For facial hair I think your best bet is plucking or waxing unless you want to do a laser treatment.

If you want it not to grow again I highly recommend laser treatment it's probably the only method that won't allow hair to grow back. It's quite pricey, but worth every penny!

It's pretty expensive but it's affective. Maybe look on groupon for a deal on laser treatments or something.

You could do laser hair removal, but I heard it can be kind of painful, depending on who you go to. it is also a bit pricey & takes more than 1 session to permanently remove it.
in my opinion, you should just wax, but that's just me :p
