Bump in my nose crack..

Awkward but I have this gynormous bump in the crack of my nose like beside the nostril it was painful but not so much anymore I had a smaller one on my other side but this one is bigger I am so self conscious about it. I look like a witch! (That's why I'm not sending a pic) does anyone know what it is maybe just a zit? Or how to deal/hide it it's not red or anything.

Does it hurt if you push down on it? If do its probably a stubborn pimple... If not well, I can't help

I've had those so many times! Its a blasted pimple, the best thing to do is to cleanse,and wait it out, well thts wht I did, the last thing you need is to get a harsh scrub and make it all red and sore.. I learnt tht the hard way lol.
