Anything with salicylic acid will work. Salicylic acid helps fight against black heads because it slowly cleans out the infected pore one layer at a time.

Also, you can try pore strips, though they will only remove newer blackheads because older ones tend to stick onto there a lot longer. If you have some that are large and stubborn you can get an extraction tool, they're quite easy to use. Just make sure you exfoliate before hand to prep and get rid of the first layer if skin, and be very gentle.

Neutrogena blackhead eliminating scrub is great and only around $6 I think :)
