Definitely try the urban decay 24/7, it's extremely black (comes in other colours too) and gives you a few seconds if you wanna smudge it, but after it dries it won't budge!
I also LOVE Xtreme Lashes Glideliner. It is the blackest liner I've seen in my life, plus it's super creamy so it won't hurt your eyes. I put some on the back of my hand and made no attempt to remove it and it ended up lasting 2 days! But it came off easy with an oil based makeup remover (tbh I used baby oil)

I use a pencil liner from Victoria's Secret that is great. My eyeliner stays in place all day and it's easy to apply because it just glides on. It's about $12 so not bad on the price. The color also does not fade which is awesome!

NYX slide on pencils. Theyre an exact dupe for Urban Decay 24/7, and NYX is so much cheaper. Or try Maybelline master drama cream eyeliner pens, they set and don't budge :)
