Honey under a bandaid. the honey is supposed to take out all the bacteria, and the bandaid keeps it from dripping.

Use warm water and soap to wash your face, then you could use a face wash, or a spot treatment.

Warm water and a washcloth. Apply pressure and reheat it about 3 times. Then put ice on it. It will help all the swelling inside the pimple (yes pimples are just infected, swollen pores.) then dab some acne medication, toothpaste, or honey to a bandaid and apply overnight.
