I have no clue what to do for homecoming for my eye make up. I have a light blue dress and I want some thing easy kinda but really have no clue what to do.

Put a little bit of light blue on the inner corner and then but some gray for the crease and black on the very end of the crease with black winged eyeliner.

Ohhh! Homecoming Exciting! I think that going blue eyes and blue dress would be too much blue. I would put white on the inner corners of my eyes to make them stand out. I'd take some sort of light brown, gold colour and put that on your lid. A dark brown on the outer corners amd crease. Blend well! Do a cat eye if you want to make your eyes appear longer and don't forget mascara!
