Its great for oily acne prone skin but its a bit harsh for sensitive skin because of the black sugar. it is not an acne treatment however. the charcoal helps absorb any toxins on thr skin while Moroccan lava clay (rhassoul mud) gives you a deep cleanse thereby preventing breakouts but not removing them.

You're talking about dark angels right?

Jaree are you talking about cupcake? I find cosmetic warrior to be a lot more effective because of the anti bacterial tea tree and garlic. it also has green grapes for oil control :)

I think it doesn't smell good at all but it helps with oily skin. Don't use it as an acne treatment it does not work at all, it just helps for oily skin.

Herbalism is the exact same concept as dark angels but its got acne fighting ingredients like rice vinigar, rosemary and nettle.

I use the charcoal scrub, I like it. My skin isn't super acne prone, but I do get blackheads on my nose and they seem to be clearing up! I cleanse with Juice Beauty exfoliating cleanser and bliss pore scrub on my clarisonic, and maybe every other night rub a little on like a mask and let it sit for a couple minutes. A little goes a long way though!
