Mine have been dry lately too
do you use coconut oil? that helps out a lot for me plus an eye cream. I would only apply the oil at night or else your eye makeup won't stay on as long

I've been using a sample eye cream from la mer and it's pretty amazing. I would ask for a sample and it should last you a while :)
