What is the best thing to do to reduce pores and breakouts after showers?

I always use facial scrub I the shower, and toner+moisturiser when I get out. I've noticed since I've been doing that I've had NO spots :)

I mostly use clean&clear ones, "morning burst" is pretty good.  X
