I have pretty thick brows and I was wondering how to properly shape them and whether or not I should fill then in.

I have pretty think ones too so I just lightly fill them in with a cover girl brow pencil and that shapes them pretty well for me! :)

I get eyebrow stencils shade them in then any hairs around it pluck them so there perfect X.
