Not for the winter. You have slightly fair skin already, blonde would like wash your skin tone out especially during the winter when everyone loses their tan. I think a dark reddish auburn color would be gorgeous on you especially with your eye color!

Wouldn't suggest blonde for the winter...I would go maybe two levels lighter...you look like you may be close to a 4...so I wouldn't go higher than a 6.
