I also have fair skin, green eyes and I dyed yesterday my hair in copper chestnut and it looks great, dramatical... but if you want a 'calm' look choose cold dark blonde, graphite)

Sorry, I don't know if in US is 'estel', but I think if you would mix any professional dye brands : 2parts of chestnut and 1part of copper it must work)
