Moroccan oil is a great oil to strengthen the hair and help it say healthy for longer! Which can help speed up the process.. Also argan oils. Use a heat protectant before you use any hot tools, try to use natural no-heat strategies to style your hair. Such as braiding over night, using flex rollers, steam rollers, sock buns etc... A quick tip: when your hair is very wet don't pull it straight back in a slick pony tail, if you do just try to make it a bit loose, a tight wet pony tail can cause some of your hairs at the forehead to break off, making it shorter and giving you more fuzzies!

Only trim your hair when you have split ends. You don't actually need to trim your hair every 3-6 weeks. Try Mane n Tail shampoo. And don't brush your hair when it's wet. And no heat!!

I agree with Danielle. I have used Moroccan oil from my hair salon since I was 5! I get way to many compliments at school, stores, streets, you name it.
