So ladies and gents I'm just curious, I've seen the word 'trendy' thrown around a lot on the site and I'm just curious about something:

Are you someone who pays attention and follows the trends, or do you just do what you want no matter what time is year it is?

I do absolute what I want, my whole lifestyle is about being free and creativity has no limit so I like staying away from trends and just do what I like. That is what makes me the happiest :)

I am totally not a daredevil and I always stick to "save". which means no paterns, and mostly black white brown colors. I can always find good clothes at h&m. I like to dress elegant and classy :) I would never wear hipster etc. and some people can really rock a outfit like that.

I forgot to post what I do, whoops!

I'm a do what I want kind of girl as it makes me happy. There are some things I like to do that happen to be trendy (like dark/plum/purple lipsticks right now) when I do them, but that's just coincidence most of the time. When it comes to fashion, I normally don't have the money to be trendy. xD If I have to spend my money is rather be on something I'm going to love all year round rather then at a point in time.

I think its fun to stay current on what's trendy both in fashion and cosmetics. sometimes I think something looks amazing and is totally "me" so ill give it a try. however, I am a huge fan of classic style. looks that are timeless and never are out of fashion :)

I think I'm kinda similar to symone as I like to be aware of fashion and make up trends, however I go with my own thing. Not every trend in make up suits my skin tone and I just go with what I like and I think looks good

I'm aware of trends but I don't follow them to a T. Especially in regards to clothing. I'm not trying to look like everyone else so my taste is varied based upon my mood. I can roll out dressed like a guy...baseball cap, men's warm up Adidas suit paired up with Nike or Converse Chucks. The next day I could be boho carrying my LV Speedy. I just like to be comfortable. Cosmetic wise...different story. I'm a sucker for trends in make-up...especially when it comes to lippies...but I pick and choose as I refuse to walk out the house looking like a train-wreck. I like make-up to compliment me not cover me up.

I've noticed a lot of the things I wear have become trendy lately but I've been wearing them for years. Colored pants, lace, stuff like that. I've always done what I want and dressed like I want. Trends come and go but my style stays the same.
