I've been trying to grow out my hair since grade 6, and now I'm in grade 11. Its grown a little bit, but whenever it gets to the length its at now, it just doesn't go any further. I wear my hair in a bun every single day and I never use heat on my hair. I just don't know how to make it grow longer /:

Does your hair grow slow everywere? if yes, this is genetics or lack of vitamins.

There is a method that people call the inversion method it works for me it's were your heat up coconut oil or any other good hair oil and put it on your roots then you flip your head upside down for 4 minutes and then you leave it in your hair for 2 hours and then wash it out do that every night and your hair will grow and it's not going to hurt you when you flip your head over cause you are not doing it for long and drink water and keep a healthy diet, biotin works but it also makes you grow hair every where and if you don't understand the method look it up on you tube

I started taking Bamboo Silica pills and organic MSM and my hair automatically started getting noticeably longer. Every 2 weeks It is a noticeable difference to me.

Take biotin its a vitamin or prenatal vitamins they are both viatimns that grow hair and nails and do hot oil treatment 1-2 a week heat almond, olive, cocunut, jojoboa or any other natural oils (not canola or oilve oil those are for cooking) hest them apply to hair massage it in then let it sit in then about 45 mins. then wash it out and after a month or two you should see a big diffrence.

I do the inversion method too & it works! The problem could be a lack of vitamins, protein, moisture, etc. the stress from putting your hair in a bun everyday could be breaking it off too. Idk, it seems like your hair should be healthy. I think everyone's hair has a mind if it's own lol.
