Foundation from creasing and look all weird like when I smile I don't know how to describe it,but does it? I'm only using a moisturiser atm.

Yes! Primers do help from creasing and getting your face ready. From what I've been told at least.

I don't have a lot of experience with primers, but from what I've heard some primers will almost fill in the lines on your face to reduce creasing. It also depends on the foundation. In my experience, foundations aimed at oily skin are more prone to settle into lines, pores, and dry patches.
