Protein filler previously bleached hair.

My hair was bleached and is dyed brown over top the blonde keeps coming through. I bought a filler and dye how do I use the protein filler.

After you bleach your hair it takes away the pigment so your hair won't hold color as well I'm not sure how to use a filler but I'd suggest just buying a darker shade than what you want that way it'll just fade into the color you want.
