Hard candy sheer envy primer is a silicone based primer but I've heard it breaks some people out. I've never really broken out from makeup products but I do have eczema=very sensitive skin. Will this primer be bad for my skin? I just wanted to try it to smooth out my dry patches.

It doesn't break me out it's just kind of oily, but blends easily, it should work for you! Like alexis said, just try it on one spot first:)

Well it depends on the person. Some people might break out from it but others may not. It sounds like you would because you have eczema, but like Alexis D. said, try out a little on your skin before putting it on your whole face. Good luck :)
