Lol OMG mine looked very much like a mug shot 😳

I'd go with something natural! Something you'd wear everyday! Maybe go for a slim cat eye, and natural lip

I wouldn't go for a glittery stand-outish eye shadow. Preferably something matte and neutral. Your eyes will look crazy. I made that mistake lol

I did a natural eye, very thin liner, a natural pinky peach blush and lipstick bit a touch of contouring. I mainly focused on making sure my skin didn't have any red splottyness since I usually so. so pretty much a natural flawless skin look.

It actually helps if you wear a little more color, perhaps brighter blush. The photo can make you look washed out. And I bright lip... Not necessarily a red lip or anything. But a bright rosy gloss. And make sure your brows are shadows nicely so they frame your face in the photo. And most of all feel confidant! Everybody hates getting their license picture taken, but just be confidant that you look great and don't worry about it:)

Make sure you wear a nice lipstick or gloss. Depending on the state you live in, you may not be allowed to legit smile in your ID picture. I went to renew my license in October & was given 3 facial smiles to choose from. I'm from NJ.

Make sure you wear mattifying powder so your not shiny! And make sure if you have bangs their pulled back in a cute way because they don't let you have hair in your face sometimes.

Lol ms Jacqueline. 💋
I think you should do something very natural. Some blush, eyeliner, lipstick and mascara.

I had black eyeliner on my waterline in mine and the flash was so bright that when I got my photo.. I looked like a pale ghost with horrible makeup. So I suggest a more natural look :) lol

I just got my student permit! That day I had a plummy pink blush and fuschia lip lol. That could work for you, too. And agree with mattifying powder. :)
