I have really dark circles under my eyes I mean its bad. I use tons of Concealers but at the middle of the day I get black smudge as if my make up melts off and I look like a 
racoon

Like Em said, it might actually be your eyeliner melting/smudging or you're either touching that area. Maybe try a new eyeliner. And Revlon has a very good concealer, I forgot what it is but it comes in a black lipstick looking tube. It's really good.

Try setting your eyeliner with black shadow also.

I agree with Diggie. Whenever I do liner on my waterline I always use a black shadow and a small brush to set the liner. When doing this try using a tissue or a shadow shield to keep from getting any below your eyes.

Oh they are. There amazing!! I have yet to try them with my lips but when I decide to do a bold lip I am going to give them a try :-)
