Hey ya'll. so I wanted to see if anyone else shared my struggle on here.
When I apply my makeup my right eye always tears up. Usually it's fine while applying shadows. But the second I apply liner, or false lashes I tear up terribly and then it ruins everything.
Anyone else have this problem?
Anyone have any tips or tricks to prevent this?
:)

Keep your eye closed unless absolutely necessary. Both mine do it lol it's abnoxious and makes it difficult to apply... I actually found that if I used eye drops just before bed, it didn't happen the next day when I went to put on my makeup.

@jewel I'd love to just shy away from false lashes but being a drag queen I'm sort of stuck into using them.
And Shelby, what type of eye drops do you regularly use?

I use the Refresh brand, just the stuff for dry eyes :)

I'll have to try that also, my eyes are always burning and watery after applying eyeliner.

My eyes tear up and to keep it from ruining my make up I tilt my head so the tears go to the corner of my eye and I take a piece of tissue and soak them up.

Alex first let me say your profile pic is stunning. Regarding your question I have the same problem with watery eyes. You might try switching eyeliners. I used covergirl for years it lasted about 20 mins and would be totally gone! I recently purchased UD 24/7 Eyeliner and that sh** stays for hours!! I was amazed how long it lasts. My new favorite that I can't live without.

Yes that's why I use waterproof everything!
