Hiya :) I have never really worn eyeshadow I have slightly hooded eyes so always avoided it thinking it didnt look right! But I want to start using it now so what reasonably priced eyeshadow do you recommend? In kind of neutral colours thanks x

Wet and wild eyeshadows are great quality and cheap I also like revlon eyeshadows there colorstay collection they are just a bit shimmery though.

Elf and coastal are great. When using a "cheaper" eye shadow though you may want to do a primer to prevent fall out. Elf makes a great primer for I think like, a dollar.
