Hey guys I have these pimple like bumps on my arms but they arent poppable, I'm not sure what they are, or how to get rid of them, I've had them for a while ever since I started hitting puberty actually, so I've had it for like 5 years. I exfoliate in the shower.. I don't know what else to do :/ I'd appreciate your help! thanks!

I have them aswell and I use eczema cream, it doesn't matter what brand you use. It makes the bumps go away

I have it too.. well most of it is gone now my doctor prescribed me some cream (hydrocortizone) and it made most of it go away.. I always had a reddish color in that area and I been using for a month now and you can barely tell I had any :D.

I have these too I am pretty sure they are called Keratosis pilaris it's has something to do with the hair follicle I think we'll that's what my doctor said but if you know what it's called you look it up in google and check it out and if it is what you have then look at the treatments you can buy at the supermarket or chemist. What I do is scrub mine then moisturize them but yeah like I said look it up and it says what stuff you should use or shouldn't use and if they don't work you can go to the doctor and they medicate stuff. Hope this helped sorry if it doesn't make sense.

I have that too. Since I found out what they were, it made them so much easier to take in. Since the only thing to make them go away is time, I just exfoliate, mosturize, and tan so its less noticeable.

I used to have them all over my arms and legs:0 my solution was everytime I take a shower is to use a natural sugar scrub or anything with little beads in it:) scrub your arms with that every shower and after a month you will see the different:D.

Apparently 40% of people get them so you're definitely not alone. I've heard coconut oil is good for them so I'm going to start trying to use that!
