Hi,
I'm a newbie so bare with me please😩
I'm not sure if this has been discussed before or not, sorry if so.
I'm 43 and work outside so the sun has really taken a toll on my face. I always use sunscreen as well as moisturizer but I still have horrible wrinkles. I have tried so many different kinds of concealers and just get so frustrated that they make the wrinkles appear deeper ( if that makes sense) I would prefer not to spend hundreds of dollars but don't mind buying a quality makeup as long as it works. I have bought several of the more pricey ones but no different than the cheaper priced ones. I'm open to all suggestions! Thanks everyone in advance ðŸ˜˜

Hi, I know what you mean lol! It's important to use a great eyecreme underneath your concealer! And I find a liquid concealer better than a compact one! That works for me, it's a matter of testing but that's a tip I can give you!

Try to find silicone based primer and foundation. if you can, try "face atelier" or "kevyn aucoin". they are a bit pricey, but you use very little and the results were worth it to me. I am 49 and have searched and searched for the coverage you are looking for, not to mention a lot if money. the silicones really do help to fill those lines and damaged spots without settling into them. I will use a damp sponge to apply and buff in to my skin with a soft stipple brush, then a silicone based setting powder. look at the ingredients of what you are using now just to make sure that whatever you are using is based the same. I.e. when you mix a water base primer with a silicone based foundation or vise versa, your makeup will start to breakdown and settle into the skin very quickly.
there is hope though for us "more mature" women.
