20s is actually the ideal time to start using age defying products. A great start is using a cc cream, which is an age defying and color correcting cream. Pretty much helps prevent the start of wrinkles and all that fun stuff.

Most would say in your 20s. prevention is the best way of keeping the aging process from starting. keeping your skin hydrated is the most basic and important step. it helps maintain your skins elasticity. if you're not currently using a moisturizer especially at night you should start.

Its fine to use the age defying foundations Bishara but they really don't contain the same amount of measured ingredients that you would find in a typical skincare item such as a moisturizer. Its simply a gimmick used to have us spend more money. I would make investment on skincare items and not so much in age defying cosmetics. Great starter lines that are affordable...Olay, Garnier and Neutrogena.
