Split works for some people. I used it when my hair was teal. and it lasted awhile. I also used the ion color brilliance. it's about $6 at sally's. I'd get split since it comes with bleach already. Split also worked well on my sisters hair and didn't fade very easily.

Yeah I heard splat wasn't that good but THANK YOU GUYS SOO MUCH! Yeah I didn't like the black hair dye that had that blue undertone but oh well! Doesn't bother me much but THANKS AGAIN <3.

Don't use ION from Sally's. I used the blues and teals available throught heir brilliance Brights line and they were HORRIBLE. Terribly thick and hard to work with, VERY inconsistent &splotchy... not worth it. Completely ruined my hair. I would order some Fish Bowl Blue from Special Effects online, that's one of my favorite teal colors to use (on bleached hair)!

Try manic panic, it's just a strong tint on hair and works great! I know it's sold at sallys and hot topic for sure, also inexpensive for a good size jar!

Splat and Manic Panic are both awful. I've used "N' Rage" from Sally's and it works fairly decent. And if your hair has trouble absorbing the color or you want it thinner or lighter add a small amount of 10 volume developer. Also, of you can get your hands on it online somewhere try to find Paul Mitchell, I believe their semi permanents are called "Ink works."
