I usually take ibuprofen, I know got sure midol sucks! I've taken pamprin once and its was pretty decent but it wore of fast.

I know how you feel. I used to get cramps that caused me to vomit. Nothing helped me with the pain except a hot pad on my lower back and lower belly. The heat dulled it enough to where I could sleep at night. I would recommend trying a hot pad, and some Motrin.

Oh...those disposable, self adhesive heating patches are the best! Last for about 8 hours with no liver damage. I swear by them. Hint...crinkle it a bit to activate it more quickly. So discrete. <3

All the drugstores..Target..Walmart, etc. has them. If they are out of that size..the neck/shoulder one is fine.

I always just take regular aspirin lol. Heating pad does help wonders though. Do those actually last 8 hours, Rozberry?

I used to take 1 Tylenol and it sorta helped but not really, and than one month my mom brought me 2, I took them and had a bath and felt much better I even felt good enough to watch tv with my dad and eat food.
