If you mean fill them in :) maybe a eyeshadow :D since there naturally full elf has a great eyeshadow duo for 3bucks at target :) a shade lighter or Mac cork

I have thick brows and dark brows and I penciled them in, and I like both ways, natural and filled in. For summer a brow wax or brow pencil is good because there is a lot of wax which makes it virtually waterproof :) also a tip is to go two shades lighter than your hair color when you fill them in.
