You want the thickest points of your eyeliner to be at the outer corners of your eyes to draw them up! A thicker middle makes them droopy. Eye shadow needs to be pulled up on the outer edges too, think cat eyes!! You want everything to be pulled up! Blush bronzer, highlighter, eyeshadow, eyeliner, should all be on upward angles!!
