You could, but an eye primer works better. I recommend too faced shadow insurance or of course the UDPP (Urban decay primer potion)

No they're actually opposite. Face primer evens out the skin by sort of dulling out the colors that belong there. Eye shadow primer is made to help colors stand out and be more vibrant. Basically the only thing they have in common is that they help make up stay put! I hope I answered your question
