I don't know if you can do that, but I'm not a professional. Use a new applicator each time and don't double dip.

Never double dip and use clean sanitized brushes. use a spatula to put what you'll be using on a metal palette/tray and work off that.

Mix two parts 70% isopropyl alcohol and one part water in a spray bottle. For pressed powders, pencils, and lipsticks: spray the surface of the product with the mixture and wipe the uppermost layer of product off with a clean tissue (sharpen pencils), then spray again and let evaporate. The alcohol won't damage the products or change it in any way.
Creams, tubes, liquids, and gels can't be sanitized. For these products, use individual applicators and never double dip. Using a clean palette can also reduce chances for contamination.
