WHAT IS A GOOD WEB SITE TO FIND DEALS ON MAC PALLET??

Yeah that's what a assumed, but I can't find any palette on the MAC website, it just has me make a custom one.

MAC only comes out with premade palettes once in awhile. it has to go with a certain collection of theirs for them to make a palette and usually those palettes are quads. if you want a MAC palette, customizing it is the best way to do it. you have your own choice of what colors you want in the palette.
