I was thinking about trying some things from E.L.F for the first time and i was wondering what should I try first? What is your favorite E.L.F product?

I ordered some stuff from the 1$ line last summer, and there was not really any of them that deserves to be categorized as a favourite. The eyeshadow primer, eye liner (in ash) and the listick I ordered are ok, but I'd stay away from their eyeshadows, powders and nailpolishes. This is just based on products from the 1$ line though, I've heard that make-up from the studio and mineral line is quite good.

i really liked their fan-brush, you should check that one out - if you don't have one. and their primer isn't bad either!

The complexion perfection thing is my favorite thing right now. It looks weird because it's 4 colors (pink, green, yellow and blue) but it's a really smooth pressed powder than it meant to cancel out any weird coloring on your face. It's really light so it seems to work better on paler skin tones but they just came out with a "warm" version that's supposed to be better for darker skin tones. It's $3 either way and I LOVE it.
Also, any of their lip glosses are nice. I just got one of the minty ones and I really like it so far.
One more thing, make sure you get their eyelid primer. It's $1 and translucent and it's such a life saver. It works amazingly well for such a cheap product. I never have any creasing or smearing with it on.

The HD Powder is nice...really finely milled. I also like using the $1 Shimmer Eyeliner pencils as an eyeshadow base to put down a little color. The teal one is gorgeous and has really good color payoff.

There brushes are really good. Try the powder brush from the Studio Line, it's $3 and is great for applying powder and foundation. Look for reviews on Youtube. There $1 primer works really well, I've always used it. There blushes are good aswell, and there lipsticks too !

I am in LOVE with their Flat Top Powder brush. Also, their mineral booster powder makes my face look like it's in soft focus. I think my color is "Sheer". You might have to order that one online, though.
