I've got pretty bad acne on my forehead :( it's gotten out of control :( and it's a real downer on my self confidence. Any really good face washes? Or at home remedies? ( I've already tried black African soap) it's mostly only on my forehead, and some aren't red but they are bumpy. I'm going into 9th grade. Please help.

I too am also going into ninth grade. I use Burt's bees gel cleanser and toner. Its not expensive, and its effective. After,I put on clean and clear oil free moisturizer. It takes a while to see improvements (it took me two weeks) but it is definitely worth the wait.you can get all of these products at target. The products smell delightful, aren't tested on animals, and they don't cost an arm and a leg. :) hope this helps! Good luck.

It all depends on what your skin works well with! Experiment with different kind of treatments, Benzoyl Peroxide etc.

I hope these links will help! For your confidence: bit.ly/18tXfNi

For your acne: bit.ly/Ze1HKQ

You will have to experiment and find what works for you. Trust me, your acne is not that bad, mine was WAY worse! In the end I had to go on Accutane because nothing else worked.
You probably have hormonal acne. It wouldn't hurt to go to your doc and ask for a topical gel and/or medication.

Cetaphil, can find it at target and it's good for dry to oily skin and is also good for sensitive skin.

Go to the dermatologist!
I know many people with acne and they all went to the doctor who could help them and afterwards their skin looked beautiful!

I use to have pretty bad acne around my cheeks but my dermatologist said that acne on the forehead is a sign of dehydration, so I would say just drink A LOT of water it helped for me!

Proactive didnt work for me either, I bought the clarisonic brush, it's expensive but it's helped so much. I haven't tried it but I herd the murad acne complex works

I use the clear pore cleanser and mask from neutrogena. It works pretty well. Also clearasil daily acne treatment and stridex (does dry out your face though)

Try head and shoulders classic clean shampoo! ( doesn't sound like it would help but it actually does!) inexpensive too!

I work at a healthfood store, and this will sound odd and counter-productive, but using coconut oil as a moisturizer clears things up wonderfully! I know the idea of putting oil on your face can be scary and make you think it'll break you out more, but it works! I also like the toner Garden Tomato by Burt's Bees. Do you have a clairsonic or anything similar, also does WONDERS! And Bare Minerals is supposed to be a good line for breaking out/acne.
