Do sports bras make your boobs look smaller or lik squish them?? and what's the purpose besides using them for sports.

You can wear a regular bra and a sports bra and it is like push up , or you can just wear the sports bra and it will make them smaller.

They hold your boobs to your chest and keep them from jigging when your running or doing sports. It depends how big your boobs are. If there small they might make them look a little smaller if there big they look smaller.

If you get a padded sports bra, your boobs still look the same. Tight ones will squish some. They are basically for running or doing anything physical. Just so your boobs won't jiggle.

I do that - wear a padded strapless bra under my sports bra when I go jogging to give my petites a boost.

They're compression bras-meant to compress your boobs so they don't go all around when you're being active. They make them look smaller/flatter because they compress them. I don't wear anything under my sports bras because 1) that seems like it would be so uncomfortable, especially after sweating, 2) then you have to wash the normal bra too hehehhe I just find that inconvenient, and 3) that kind of defeats the purpose of the compressing. I know PINK and now target now so padded sports bras.

Yes it makes your chest look a bit smaller, it's supposed to push down the bust so you can perform sports better.
Sometimes ladies wear sports bras because it's more comfortable than a clasp or wired push up etc. particularly small chested ladies wear sports bras b/c it's more support than a small flat clasp bra. :)

They push them down, hold them in. whether with a pushup under or wearing it alone, wear one.. you don't want your boobs to b hangin from working out. ;-)
