Hear me out. I had my worst outbreaks in high school, and thinking back, I was not as hygienic as I could have have been. P. acnes and staph A are resilient bacteria. Use antibacterial wipes on your phone, change your pillowcase 3 times a week, flipping your pillow so you don't sleep on the same surface. Wash your brushes frequently and spray them with an antibacterial spray daily.

I see lots of my daughter's friends begging for retina a, and they are applying foundation that is two years old, using unwashed sponges, etc.

I use 91% Isopropyl Alcohol or Denatured Alcohol with a 20 drops of Tea Tree Oil per 4oz of alcohol. They are mechanically bactericidal (meaning they actually interfere with the bacteria's cellular membrane) rather than antibiotics, which interfere with the reproduction cycle of the bacteria. AND they are virucidal, too!
