The oil cleansing method. What exactly are it's benefits and has anyone noticed any changes/differences since doing it?

I do it and love it. I have super sensitive skin and couldnt find anything that helped clean my skin. It is the method of cleaning your sking (oils ) with oils. I use Jojoba Oil , Castor Oil and Tea Tree Oil mixed. The Jojoba oil is my moisturizer , the Castor Oil help draw out dirt and oil from your pores and Tea Tree Oil is used to help dry out any acne I do have ( and it keeps my mix from spoiling ).

I open my pores with a wash cloth and warm / hot water in my sink. Once I feel my pores are open I take 3-4 pumps of my oil mix and massage it into my skin. Making sure to get my problem areas. Take the same washcloth and laay it on your face so your skin absorbs the oils. After 3 times I wipe the oil off. After this I usually use a apple cider vinegar and water mix to tone my skin.

Thanks Tiffany :) I've been using it the last few days to remove my make up. I use jojoba oil and castor oil and so far so good I think.. I've been using it everyday. Before jojoba oil I tried castor oil and extra virgin olive oil which made me have MAJOR breakouts so I stopped thinking that it would make my skin worse. I only recently tried the castor oil and jojoba mix as I have acne prone and oily skin. I'm hoping this will balance it out and help with old scars. I'll definitely look at this website though :)
