My face has bumps under my eyes, it's not acne. Face washes don't work for me they just cause acne. My skin is also very oily on my forehead, around my nose, eyes and hair line.

Try a good toner to control the oil on your tzone...Witch hazel is a great option also rose water...The skin under your eyes is extremely thin so would not recommend using a face wash! Try dabbing a bit of tea tree oil on the bumps...The besy option would be to see a derm for it!!

Hi I'm a cosmetologist! you need to use a moisturizer! when you wash your face it strips it of all the natural oils that your body has decided is a normal level (even if you think its too oily, your body does not). when you don't use a moisturizer after washing and toning your face your body freaks out, and produces more oil to compensate for the oil you just washed off.
get an oil free moisturizer and use it daily (of not twice a day) for a solid month and youll notice a huge difference.
