So I'm only 25 but I know in order to look good when I'm older I need to act now. Just wondering what kind of routine or products you use to keep yourself looking young! I use a night cream and spf but I'd love to get some more ideas!

Don't smoke and stay out of the sun (I'm only a year older than you and my skin is lacking major elasticity and experiencing premature aging and sagging because of these two)! Drink a lot of water! I used Neutrogena night serum for a while, saw little (but noticeable) results, but still wishing for that magic time machine...saw an unexpected result of smoothing out my fine lines upon repeated use of coconut oil in place of my previous moisturizers... but Idk that I would recommend it for aging, necessarily. Good luck!

I cannot swear by collagen gel enough. I love this stuff. Night cream with retinol is meant to be the best as thats when your skin repairs. but yes lots of water!

I just share just a few of my tips because if I shared all it will read like a book. Guzzle hot green tea daily, limit my sugar intake, one glass of Merlot with dinner every night, fresh veggies and fruits with every single meal, sunscreen, enzyme peels, retinols and antioxidant serum.

Seriously- if you have insurance... go to Derm and start on Retinoid (prescrip retinal)...I wish I had started it when I was 15. If you have any pimple probs, Dr can prescribe and it as acne treatment, instead of not covered because of 'cosmetic". Covered by most insurance as acne treatment.
